Watermark appearing in background

Hi, I recently purchased the C922 webcam and noticed there is a watermark in the background. It seems the older version of the software Logitech used to have did not have a watermark but is not compatible for XSplit any longer. Is there anyway to remove the watermark without having to pay additional money after spending money on this cam?

Hi there, the logic in the app is such that there is now only single ChromaCam application. And if you use it with a Brio or c922, then we recognize that in app and give you the logitech features.

1. delete the folder “C:\Program Files (x86)\Personify” – you will likely need to close your web browser in order for this to complete.
2. delete the folder “%localappdata%\Personify”
3. delete the folder “%localappdata%\Personify,_Inc”
4. download the latest version of chromacam from chromacam.me/download
5. run the installer

Try these steps in that order, let me know if you have any questions. We’ll go from there if you’re still having issues.
