I get the following error when I try to start Personify: "unable to start Personify Presenter due to hardware validation error".
I am using Windows 10, with a Lenovo T460.
With my former laptop, a Windows 7, Lenovo T430, Personify used to work.
Any ideas ?
Hi Leo, Rod is exactly correct. Access to Presenter/licensure to the app is actually controlled by Oracle Global IT, through MyDesktop. Due to how the app is wrapped up in MyDesktop, we’ve encountered this issue with some users where they get a hardware validation error.
Running as administrator is exactly how to solve. Sorry for the confusion!
